The Third Annual Hale'iwa Arts Festival limited edition poster, HONU, by the internationally recognized artist, Wyland, follows the tradition of exceptional poster art for our popular summer event. The 1998 and 1999 editions entitled OUR FIRST YEAR and ANAHULU SATURDAY, respectively, by former North Shore resident, Rebecca Gates, set the tone and quality.

This year, Wyland, who frequently works and creates here on the North Shore, was approached and graciously donated the use of his Green Sea Turtle painting to the Hale'iwa Arts Festival. This images has been reproduced for limited edition posters and shirts. Wyland's HONU keeps with the Hale'iwa Arts Festival tradition of encouraging the artist's vision. Inspired by our North Shore areas, HONU is a great addition to a series of beautiful and poignant images donated by the artists to help support Hale'iwa Arts Festival missions.
